Consistent quality, reliable service
This is my third time buying from Beauty Scentiments. I got a Gucci Guilty EDP this time, and like before, the product was authentic and delivery was on time. They pack everything really well, no damage ever. It's always good to find a place that's consistent, especially for perfumes online where you worry about fakes. The prices are usually better than other sites too, which is a big plus for me.
Good selection, slow support
I bought a Dior Addict lipstick and a few miniature perfumes during their Diwali sale. The selection is really good, found shades I couldn't elsewhere. Prices were decent with the sale discount. Delivery took about 6 days to reach me in Chennai, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but the items arrived safely. I had a question about one of the miniatures not having a sprayer and it took almost 3 days to get a response from customer service. They eventually clarified it was a splash bottle, but the wait was a bit annoying. Overall, happy with the products, but customer support could be quicker.
